Spa Reservation Policy
Upon scheduling your appointment, you'll be asked for a deposit of $25. This is only a deposit and will be applied to your total balanced owed at the time of your appointment. This is to ensure your time with our therapist, as we are an appointment-based day spa and make every effort to work with schedule changes. Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes in advance of spa treatments, services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. Treatment times are not extended based on late arrivals.
Gratuity Policy
Gratuities are not included in our service or package prices and are graciously accepted. Cash gratuity is preferred.
Cancellation Policy
We understand busy schedules and difficult circumstances cannot be avoided. We are happy to cancel your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment or package, please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a 100% service fee. Cancellations will not be taken by voice-mail.
Gift-Certificate Policy
Kindly remember to bring your original gift certificate with you when redeeming your services. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor services without the physical gift certificate. We also advise keeping your gift certificate safe, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage. Discounts apply to full-price services only. Gift-certificates purchased during sales already include bonuses or discounts and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or loyalty rewards. Payment Policy
The prices listed reflect a 4% cash discount. A 4% fee will be applied to all credit card and electronic transactions. To avoid this fee, please consider paying with cash.
