Spa Policy
Upon scheduling your appointment, you'll be asked for a deposit of $25. This is only a deposit and will be applied to your total balance owed at the time of your appointment. This is to ensure your time with our therapist, as we are an appointment-based day spa, and make every effort to work with schedule changes. *Prices May Be Subject To Change*
Cancellation Policy
We understand busy schedules and difficult circumstances cannot be avoided. We are happy to cancel your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment or package, please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a 100% service fee. Cancellations will not be taken by voice-mail.
