Upon scheduling your appointment, you'll be asked for a deposit of $25. This is only a deposit and will be applied to your total balance owed at the time of your appointment. This is to ensure your time with our therapist, as we are an appointment-based day spa, and make every effort to work with schedule changes. Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes in advance of spa treatments, services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. Treatment times are not extended based on late arrivals.

We understand busy schedules and difficult circumstances cannot be avoided. We are happy to cancel your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment or package, please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a 100% service fee. Cancellations will not be taken by voice-mail.
